As attorneys who represent injured clients, we need to adapt to the changes that the COVID-19 Pandemic has created and keep abreast of issues that impact your law firm practices. This Update and Review Seminar will discuss conducting depositions with ZOOM; new ways to negotiate your cases with insurance companies; providing updates in the fields of Governmental Immunity, Premises Liability, Nursing Home Litigation and more. In addition to these topics, The Honorable James Flannery, chief judge of the Cook County Law Division will provide a status on the State of the Law Division during these difficult times.
