As attorneys who represent injured clients, we need to adapt to the changes that the COVID-19 Pandemic has created and keep abreast of issues that impact your law firm practices. This Update and Review Seminar will discuss conducting depositions with ZOOM; new ways to negotiate your cases with insurance companies; providing updates in the fields of Governmental Immunity, Premises Liability, Nursing Home Litigation and more.
