Originally presented, Friday, May 10, 2019, at the Hilton Oak Brook Hills Resort, in Oak Brook. This program has been approve by the MCLE Board of the Illinois Supreme Court for 4 General MCLE credit hours. For MCLE Credit the course must be completed by May 9, 2021. Presenters will address: Jury Selection/Juror Research; Pre-Trial Motions; Opening Statement; Direct Examination; Cross Examination; Judicial Perspective; and a Panel discussion on Closing Arguments.
