Originally presented Friday, February 16, 2018, at the Westin Chicago River North, in Chicago. This program has been approved by the MCLE Board of the Illinois Supreme Court for 4.5 General MCLE Credit hours. For MCLE credit, the course must be completed by February 15, 2020. Presenters will address: Amputation Cases; Survival Actions; Proof of Traumatic Brain Injury with Direct and Cross Examination of Neuropsychological Testimony; Judicial Perspective; Demonstrative Exhibits; Non-Economic Damages; Preparing and Presenting Your Client for Deposition and Trial; Increase Risk of Harm / Future Medical Treatment; Pre-Existing Conditions; Effective Direct Examination of Witnesses; Damages - Intake through Appeal.
